The act of a worker recording their departure from a site. Marks the end of their recorded presence.
The combination of GPS coordinates, selfie photo, and timestamp that constitutes a verifiable attendance record.
An operational event that deviates from expected configuration — a missed check-in, late arrival, or coverage gap. Exceptions are classified, tracked, and closed with an audit record.
A role that monitors site-level attendance and conducts roll call. Has authority to classify exceptions at their assigned sites.
An external service provider whose workforce operates at a client's sites. Configured by the facility admin. Field staff access is covered under the client plan.
The immutable, append-only record of all operational events. Cannot be edited, deleted, or overwritten.
