1. Who We Are

DWERK is an operational infrastructure platform for physical work verification, operated by PROWESS Integrated Private Limited, registered in India.

2. What Data We Collect

From facility clients and their administrators:

• Organization name, contact name, role title
• Email address and phone number
• Site and operational configuration data

From frontline workers using the mobile app:

• Phone number (used for OTP login only)
• GPS location at time of check-in
• Selfie photo at time of check-in
• Task completion evidence (photos)
• Device identifier for session attribution

From website visitors:

• Name, email, phone number submitted via forms
• Page interaction data (via Vercel Analytics)
• Chat conversation content (via our AI assistant)
• IP address (for rate limiting only, not stored)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to:

• Operate the DWERK platform for your organization
• Verify attendance and proof of work
• Route alerts and exceptions to the correct authority
• Generate attendance reports and audit exports
• Improve the platform based on usage patterns
• Respond to workspace requests and support enquiries

We do NOT use your data to:

• Sell to third parties
• Build advertising profiles
• Share across client organizations
• Train AI models on your operational data

4. Data Storage and Security

DWERK stores data on Supabase (PostgreSQL on AWS) for operational records, Vercel for website and console hosting, and Render for backend API hosting. All data is stored in production-grade cloud infrastructure.

Tenant isolation is enforced at the database level — no client can access another client's data.

We do not currently hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification. We are built on infrastructure that supports these certifications.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties except where required to operate the platform:

• Supabase (database infrastructure)
• Vercel (hosting)
• Render (API hosting)
• Anthropic (AI assistant — website chat only)

We do not share operational data (attendance records, staff records, exceptions) with any third party. Your data belongs to your organization.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of data held about your organization
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data on contract termination
• Export your operational data at any time

7. Cookies

The DWERK website uses minimal cookies: theme preference (dark/light mode) and language preference. No advertising cookies. No third-party tracking cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We will update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
