Roles and Responsibilities
DWERK enforces role-based access. Each role has a defined scope — what they can see, what they can control, and what is hidden from them.
Staff / Worker
Checks in and out via the mobile app, completes assigned tasks, and uploads evidence such as photos and location data.
- Sees their own shift status and task assignments
- Controls their check-in timing and evidence capture
- Cannot view other workers or site-level summaries
Supervisor
Monitors attendance at their assigned site, conducts roll call for workers without smartphones, and classifies operational exceptions.
- Sees who is present, absent, or late at their site
- Controls exception classification and roll call entries
- Cannot modify operational records or site configuration
Facility Manager
Oversees operational state across assigned sites. Reviews live coverage, exception feeds, and continuity incidents.
- Sees live site coverage and exception history
- Controls site-level operational decisions and escalation paths
- Cannot access other clients or unassigned sites
Finance / CFO
Reviews billing-period records and exports reports for reconciliation and audit. Works from verified attendance data, not aggregate counters.
- Sees verified attendance by period and vendor deployment summaries
- Controls report export and audit review
- Cannot modify operational records or site configuration
Facility Admin
Configures all sites, staff, vendors, shifts, and task templates. This is the authority role — full operational scope and system control.
- Sees the full operational scope across all sites
- Controls all configuration — sites, staff, vendors, roles, and permissions
- Can export, review, and manage every aspect of the system
